Front-Range temperature swings are hard on shipped dry ice. The plan is a local refrigerated route, not multi-day parcel freight.

What is PurePawRaw planning for Denver?⌄
A refrigerated raw food service for Denver-area cats and dogs, with boxes sized by weight. Deliveries are planned every two weeks on Fridays. Joining the waitlist is free. No payment, no card, and no subscription starts — we'll email you when ordering opens in your area.
Do you serve cats too, or just dogs?⌄
Both. Cat boxes are sized for one or two indoor cats. Dogs have toy, small, and medium boxes plus a large-dog add-on. Multi-pet households will share one delivery once ordering opens.
Is the food human-grade and AAFCO complete?⌄
We buy human-grade meat, organ, and bone from suppliers we choose ourselves, and we'll publish supplier details as we finalize them. Recipes are formulated toward AAFCO nutrient profiles for their intended species and life stage. Final nutritional adequacy statements will be published on every label before ordering opens. AAFCO does not certify products, and we have not completed a veterinary-nutritionist review yet. AAFCO does not certify or stamp pet food.

Can I rotate proteins?⌄
The planned catalog is chicken, turkey, beef, duck, and lamb. Protein swaps will be available from your account once ordering opens — joining the waitlist does not lock a protein or a price.
What if a delivery is missed or arrives damaged?⌄
If we miss a delivery, we refund it to the original payment method. If an order arrives damaged or thawed, send a photo to owners@purepawraw.com within 24 hours of delivery and we refund it to the original payment method. Pause or cancel before the Wednesday midnight Mountain Time cutoff. Counsel should still review the published terms on /terms#refunds.
