    This policy describes how PurePawRaw ("we", "us") handles information when you visit our website or join the waitlist. Counsel should review it before paid ordering opens.

    What we collect

    • Contact details you submit (email, optional ZIP, pet type, quiz answers).
    • Waitlist records stored with our list provider (Brevo) and/or database (Supabase) when those services are configured.
    • Basic analytics events if you enable an analytics provider.
    • Server logs that may include IP address and user agent.

    How we use data

    To respond to inquiries, operate deliveries and accounts, improve our site, and meet legal obligations.

    Third parties

    Waitlist emails go to Brevo when that key is configured. Account and order data go to Supabase when that key is configured. Analytics vendors (Google Analytics or Plausible) process data under their own policies only if those tools are turned on.
